I'm Morgan Brackin — a private chef based in the mountain west, cooking for guests who want something more than a restaurant meal. I bring the kitchen to you, whether you're settling into a ski chalet in Park City, hosting a weekend at a Telluride retreat, or celebrating somewhere spectacular in the Colorado Rockies.
My cooking is rooted in place — influenced by the landscapes, seasons, and producers of Colorado and Utah. Expect menus built around locally sourced ingredients, wood-fired technique, and the kind of attention that makes a meal feel like an event.
